Even Rock Stars like Butterflies! Slash sees Flight of the Butterflies at the Ontario Science Centre!

March 3, 2014. Brian May from Queen and Bill Wyman of the Rolling Stones caught the film at the VIP screening in London, England but little did we know that Slash, the former lead guitarist of the rock group Guns ‘n Roses would sneak in to see the film!  Slash was invited to the VIP screening at the California Science Centre, but had previous commitments and was unable to attend. Unbeknownst to the SK Films staff and that of the Ontario Science Centre, he went to see Flight of the Butterflies while in Toronto promoting his new horror film. He sent a tweet out to his 2.9 million followers that mentioned SK Films’ Director of Sales and Marketing, Amber Hawtin that said, “Big shout out 2 Amber Hawtin 4 a fabulous job on film on Monarch Butterfly migration, “Flight of the Butterflies.”
