Marketing and Communications Coordinator
SK Films is seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Marketing and Communications Coordinator to support the marketing, promotion, and distribution of our Giant Screen/IMAX documentary film catalogue. This role spans new releases, library titles, industry conferences, and projects in development, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Reporting to the VP of Sales and Distribution, manage corporate communications including social media, websites, e-blasts, and digital marketing initiatives
- Support marketing strategies and execution for new film releases and library titles
- Coordinate press, communications, and marketing assets, working with third-party vendors and directly with exhibitors
- Assist with planning and execution of conferences, festivals and special events
- Track marketing performance, budgets, and KPIs
- Support projects in development, including creation of pitch materials, research, sponsorship, and fundraising initiatives
- Provide backup support for distribution and marketing asset fulfillment as needed
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong written and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience managing digital platforms, websites, and social media
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and collaborate with diverse stakeholders and exhibitors/producers.
- Film, media, or entertainment experience considered an asset
Compensation & Term
- One-year contract with potential option to renew
- Salary: $60,000–$70,000 annually, based on experience
